La Hierba Santa is a single-farm lot from Jaén, Peru, cultivated at 1800-1950 meters altitude. It features a unique Bourbon de Colasay variety with some Catuaí, processed by depulping and fermentation before washing and solar drying. This light roast coffee has flavor notes of pomegranate, white grape, and confectionery sweetness.
