This coffee is a single origin from Indonesia, sourced from the Mandiri Kopi farm. It is processed using a washed method with sun drying and has a medium roast level. The flavor profile includes apricot, dark chocolate, and musk, offering a complex, earthy, and sweet heavy-bodied cup with medium acidity (pH 5.1).
Volcanica Coffee began in 2004 when Costa Rican-born Maurice Contreras started importing richly flavored beans from volcanic regions right out of his garage.
