About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from the Kopakaki cooperative, located on the shores of Lake Kivu in Rwanda. Grown at an altitude of 1700 to 1950 meters, this lot is produced by the Agaseke Women Coffee association. It is a Bourbon variety coffee processed using the washed method. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of creamy honey, nougat, and bergamot.
