This 100% Kona coffee is sourced from select farms in Holualoa, North Kona, Hawaii, grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 2,500 feet. It is a blend of Typica, SL34, and Geisha varieties, processed using a yeast-fermented washed method. The coffee is roasted specifically for espresso to enhance sweetness, body, and solubility while maintaining vibrant tropical fruit and floral notes. Tasting notes include passion fruit, dried mango, jasmine, white grape, honey-processed black tea, and candied lemon peel, offering a creamy mouthfeel and a long, fruit-forward finish.
