About This Coffee

Kona Laurina from Hawaii's Kona Farm Direct, a 6-acre farm in Holualoa operated by Craig Lee. Laurina is a dwarf mutation of Bourbon variety with approximately half the caffeine of typical Arabica. Processed using Champagne Natural method with selected wine yeast strains, creating bright acidity and effervescent qualities. Light roast with tasting notes of red oolong tea, vanilla, strawberry, watermelon, and pistachio.
