About This Coffee

Kona K7 Peaberry from Noelani Farm in Hōlualoa, North Kona, Hawaii at 750m altitude. Washed processing with light roast. K7 variety, a Kenyan cultivar belonging to the Ethiopian Legacy group. Peaberry beans roast evenly with bright acidity. Flavor profile features delicate aromas of toasted nuts and flowers, with nougat and red apple in the cup. Also notes of toffee, hazelnut, magnolia, green grape, and marjoram. Excellent acidity with silky mouthfeel and long finish.
