Kona Geisha Peaberry from Noelani Farm in North Kona, Hawai'i at ~2,500 ft elevation. Geisha variety, peaberry separation. Combines anaerobic washed with yeast inoculation and Rosé washed processing. Light roast developed for clarity and sweetness. Aromas of lychee, rose petal, and strawberry. Flavors include watermelon, raspberry, pink citrus, and honey with clean, silky, sweet and tea-like finish. Elegant, refined, aromatic-forward cup with layered fruit and floral character.
