Kona Extra Fancy Coffee — Single Estate Kona

Paradise Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This 100% Kona Extra Fancy coffee is sourced from Noelani Coffee Farm, a seven-acre single estate in Holualoa, Kona on Hawai'i Island. The farm is located at high elevations between approximately 2,400 and 2,500 feet. The coffee is a blend of Geisha, Kaffa, K7, and Typica varieties grown across different blocks of the property. Extra Fancy is the highest traditional grade of Kona coffee, defined by beans passing through a 19/64-inch screen, selecting only the largest beans. The coffee features flavors of toasted macadamia, brown sugar, strawberry, lime, and hibiscus with a smooth, medium body and bright but balanced acidity.
