Kolla Bolcha is a washed, single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Kolla Bolcha Cooperative in Agaro (Jimma Zone). Grown at 1900–2200 masl and processed by depulping, overnight soaking, and drying on raised beds, it features tasting notes of peach syrup, honeysuckle, and cashew butter with bright, silky acidity and a tea-like body. Varieties listed as Ethiopia landraces.
