This coffee comes from Tinganga Estate in Kiambu county, a 182-hectare farm owned by Sasini, a Kenyan-majority company. Sasini prioritizes equity by providing workers with living quarters, education, union membership, and above-minimum wages. In collaboration with Covoya and European partners, they invested in the local primary school, building a computer lab. This AA-grade micro-lot features notes of sweet stone fruit and melon. The coffee is processed using a dry washed method.
