Kenya Tambaya is a single-origin coffee from Tambaya Factory, part of the Tambaya Farmers Cooperative Society, located in Nyeri, central Kenya. The cooperative brings together 600 farmers growing primarily SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru-11, and Batian varieties on small plots averaging under one hectare. Coffee cherries are selectively hand-picked, pulped, fermented for 12–24 hours, soaked for 16 hours, and dried on raised beds for approximately 16 days. Roasted for filter, it offers juicy, fresh, and clean character with notes of mandarin and raspberry.
