Kenya AA Top from Korokoro washing station in Kiambu County, located on the slopes of the Aberdare Ranges at 1800 meters altitude. The coffee is processed using the Kenyan washed method: selective hand-picked ripe cherries are pulped, fermented for 16-24 hours without soaking, washed in clean water, and dried on raised beds for 14-20 days. Composed of SL 28, SL34, and R11 varieties. The coffee features lively, smooth, and refreshingly juicy flavor notes with blackberry, cranberry, hibiscus, orange peel, and dried cranberry.
