Kariru AA is a single‑origin Kenyan coffee from Kianyaga, Kirinyaga County, produced by the Baragwi Farmers’ Co‑operative Society at 1,700–1,800 m. The lot is traditionally depulped, fermented (open‑air, ~18–36 hours), double washed/soaked and dried on raised beds. Varieties include SL28, SL34, Ruiru‑11 and Batian. The cup offers bright, juicy clarity with white currant, apple candy and light caramel sweetness, suited to filter brewing.
