This coffee comes from Brayan Alvear's Las Palmas Farm in the Huila region of Colombia at 1,400-1,600 meters altitude. It is a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties processed anaerobically and co-fermented with fruits, resulting in vibrant flavor notes reminiscent of grape soda, grape tootsie pop, and grape jelly. The carefully controlled fermentation and drying methods contribute to a complex, fruity cup profile.

Abracadabra Coffee Co. has been sourcing seasonally slammin' single origin coffees since day one, selecting only the tastiest, most nuanced, out-of-this-world coffees and doing their best to represent them without messing them up. Founded by Ohio transplants who originally moved to Vermont with dreams of starting a goat dairy, the vision shifted when they saw the opportunity and need for local specialty roasted coffee, eventually finding their perfect home in Woodstock's laid-back community.
