This coffee is produced at the Los Alpes farm, part of the family-owned Janson estate in Panama. Located in Tisingal on the Talamanca Mountain Range at an altitude of 1600-1700 meters, the farm borders the La Amistad International Park. This coffee offers a complex flavor profile featuring notes of pomegranate, cherry, strawberry, and apricot, complemented by hints of honey and apricot syrup. It is characterized by a smooth and balanced cup profile.
