This coffee comes from the Wallenford Estate in Jamaica's Blue Mountains. It is a washed and sun-dried Arabica varietal, medium roasted, with medium acidity (pH 5.0). The flavor profile features chocolate and orange notes with a balanced taste and intense aroma.
Volcanica Coffee began in 2004 when Costa Rican-born Maurice Contreras started importing richly flavored beans from volcanic regions right out of his garage.
