A natural processed coffee from Jalisco, Mexico, grown on Sergio Schulte's farm on the slopes of the Colima volcano within the Sierra de Manantlán protected natural reserve. The coffee is grown in a cloud forest (bosque mesófilo de montaña) at 1,500 meters above sea level. Varieties include Typica and Yellow Bourbon. The lot is produced through the Arábica Colimota project led by Hugo Salazar, with selective hand-picking by a specialized harvesting team from Suchitlán.
