This single-origin Geisha coffee from Jaén, Peru is composed of parchment delivered by three smallholder producers: Marcelino Chinguel Mijahuancca, Idelso Perales Perez, and Paul La Torre Mejia. Each producer processes coffee on their farm before delivering dried parchment to Falcon's warehouse for quality control and export preparation. The coffee features a lively, fruity character with crisp starfruit and juicy strawberry notes complemented by floral aromatics.
