This single-origin Brazilian coffee comes from Fazenda Sertão in Carmo de Minas, where Yellow Bourbon and Yellow Catuai grow at 1,100–1,450 meters. The natural processing amplifies the inherent sweetness of these varieties, developing a profile built on chocolate, cocoa, and caramelized sugar, with bright fruit accents. Roasted dark in the classic Italian espresso tradition, it pulls shots with full body, smooth texture, and mild acidity.
