This coffee is a single-origin Yellow Bourbon from the Irmas Pereira farm in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Grown at an altitude between 1075 and 1230 meters, this coffee is processed using the pulped natural method. It features a bold and balanced profile with tasting notes of apple, plum, and toasted hazelnuts, offering a rich, chocolatey texture with hints of fresh fruit.
Established in 2007 by Mark Dundon and Bridget Amor, Seven Seeds was created to embody the ideals of exceptional and transparent coffee.A pioneer in Melbourne's coffee scene, the company's name honors the story of Baba Budan, who smuggled seven coffee seeds from Yemen, breaking the Arabic world's cultivation monopoly. Their approach is founded on transparency, and since 2018, they have published the "farmgate" price they pay directly to producers. They focus on building partnerships with producers, whom they see as professional colleagues.
