About This Coffee

This coffee originates from small farms in the Rancabali district of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,700 meters, it features the Ateng Ijo and Ateng Coklat varieties. The coffee is processed at the Sadayana washing station using an anaerobic natural fermentation method, where cherries are fermented in sealed tanks for 72 hours before being dried on raised beds and patios. This coffee offers a sweet and creamy profile with a pleasant body and complex notes of strawberry, plum, and nougat.
