It is a 100% Arabica coffee of the TimTim variety, processed using the washed method. The roast profile is medium dark, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by notes of green tea, nuts, and cocoa. This coffee is part of the Orang Utan Coffee Project, which supports rainforest conservation and fair trade practices for smallholder farmers.
