About This Coffee

Washed coffee from Ijen Highlands in Botolinggo Village, East Java Province, Indonesia, grown at 1100–1500 meters altitude. A blend of multiple varieties including Komasti, Andungsari, Bourbon, and Kartika. Processed using the washed method with approximately 24-hour fermentation followed by 7-10 days of drying. Flavor profile features roasted almonds, dark chocolate, and red apple notes. Suitable for espresso preparation in lever and automatic machines, as well as home brewing methods.

Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
