A single origin coffee from Bebesen, Sumatra, Indonesia, sourced from Rakyat Farm and approximately 15 neighboring outgrowers. Grown at 1,300–1,600 masl, this coffee features multiple varieties including Abyssinia, Ateng, Caturra, Gayo, Timtim, and Typica. Processed using anaerobic fermentation combined with wet-hulling (Giling Basah). Tasting notes include plum, melon, tamarillo, and mead.
