This coffee is a single-origin offering from Riverdale Estate, located in the Shavroy Hills of Yercaud, India, at an altitude of 1450-1600 meters. It consists of SL9 and SL5B varieties. The coffee undergoes a unique pineapple co-ferment anaerobic process, where it is fermented in airtight bags with pineapple fruit for 72 hours, followed by sun-drying for 25-30 days. The flavor profile features notes of pineapple upside-down cake, maltesers, pina colada rum, and apple and nectarine crumble.
