About This Coffee

This coffee is produced at Riverdale Estate in the Shavroy Hills of Southern India at an altitude of 1450-1600 meters. It is a specialty coffee featuring SL9 and SL5B varieties. The beans undergo a unique anaerobic natural co-fermentation process, where they are packed with pineapple for 72 hours before being sun-dried on raised beds for 25-30 days. The flavor profile is complex and sweet, characterized by notes of watermelon sherbet, grape soda, caramel sundae, malt, nuts, and chocolate.
