A washed estate coffee from Kerehaklu in Chikmagalur, India (Western Ghats). The lot is grown on the 97-hectare estate and uses the Obata cultivar. Fruit is fermented with a native starter culture, mechanically washed, and dried under shade then in a polyhouse. Tasting notes highlight fruit salad and vanilla, with clarity, delicate acidity or chocolatey creaminess and a long finish.
