Iloma PB is a single-origin coffee from Tanzania's Songwe region, specifically from Iloma Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society in Mbozi District at 1,830 meters altitude. The coffee features Compact variety alongside Bourbon-derived varieties including N 39 and KP432, grown on clay loam soils. Processed using fully centralized washed methods, this coffee exhibits a juicy cup profile with yellow fruit and berry notes, complemented by umami complexity and tropical, herbal fig leaf characteristics.
