This Geisha Natural won 2nd place in the 2025 Cup of Excellence and comes from Piedras Amarillas farm in the Santa Barbara Mountains of Honduras. Producer Mario Moreno established the farm in 2017, building on over 50 years of family coffee cultivation experience. The farm is located at 1,630 meters altitude in a region blessed with cool climate and fertile volcanic soil, where moist cold winds from Lake Yojoa create significant day-night temperature variations. The coffee is processed using traditional natural methods, developing concentrated sweetness and transparent acidity with tasting notes of orange, black tea, and dried fig.
