Grown at an altitude of 1400 to 1750 meters, this crop is primarily composed of Red Catuai, along with Pacas, Lempira, and IHCAFE 90 varieties. It is processed using a fully washed method. The flavor profile features notes of sticky date pudding, stewed plum, blackcurrant, and toffee apple.
