Honduras Marcala is an Arabica coffee from La Paz, Honduras, grown at 1450–1550 m above sea level. The lot includes varieties such as Typica, Bourbon, Catuai and Pacas and is processed naturally (dry). Tasting notes highlight cherry, melon and dark chocolate. The beans are roasted to a medium level.
