Natural processed Honduran coffee from Montecillos farm in the La Paz Marcala region, grown at 1200-1600 meters altitude. Lempira varietal, a catimor cross selected by IHCAFE for disease resistance. Features white floral aroma, citrusy acidity with red apple sweetness and a lingering tea aftertaste. A well-executed natural process coffee suitable for filter brewing and modern espresso.
