This Honduras Don Chepe offers a single-origin filter coffee from Los Alpes, Jesús de Otoro in Intibucá. The Paraniemia variety is grown on a six-hectare farm and undergoes extended fermentation after depulping, then drying on raised beds. The result is a silky, vibrant coffee with soft spice notes and a structured, sweet profile.
Founded in 2009 by Kaelin McCowan in a back alley in Dundas, Ontario, Detour Coffee Roasters was born from a passion for the craft.
