This coffee is grown by Benjamin Paz on La Salsa farm in the mountains of Santa Barbara, Honduras. The farm has won three Cup of Excellence awards. The coffee features the SL28 variety, a Kenyan variety that brings brightness and vibrancy typical of East African coffees, combined with the complex depth of sweetness characteristic of Santa Barbara coffees. It is processed using the Dry Washed method.
