Hidden Valley is a single-origin coffee from the Sigri Coffee Estate, located in the Waghi Valley (Jiwaka Province) of Papua New Guinea at 1,500 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. Varieties include Typica, Arusha, Caribbean Blue, Catimor, and Maragogype. The coffee is wet-processed using the WRC pulping method with controlled fermentation, washed with water from the Wara-Aiyne spring, and sun-dried for 10–14 days. It offers flavor notes of milk chocolate and nougat, with a pleasantly creamy, full-bodied character that is mild, harmonious, and sweet.
