This coffee is produced by the Hartmann family in Panama. Historically grown at 1300 meters, this Maragogype variety is now cultivated at 1500 meters, resulting in a significant improvement in quality. It is processed using the natural method. This omniroast coffee is optimized for filter brewing, though it can also be used for espresso by a skilled barista.
Founded 2007 by engineers-turned-roasters in Calgary, Phil & Sebastian sources exceptional single-origin beans via direct-trade, roasts meticulously in-house, and operates several cafés.
