This Geisha coffee is produced by the Peterson family at the Hacienda La Esmeralda farm in the Cañas Verdes region of Panama, grown at an altitude of over 1,700 meters. This specific lot, harvested from the Tumaco plot, undergoes a cold fermentation process where cherries are depulped and fermented at 16°C in stainless steel tanks for 96 hours, followed by 15 days of drying on raised beds in a temperature-controlled environment. It offers a fruity and floral flavor profile characteristic of high-quality Panamanian Geisha.
