This coffee comes from the Tres Cruces community in Guatemala and was processed at the Joyabaj Wet Mill in southern Quiché. Grown by smallholder farmers and developed with FECCEG, it is honey processed and presents fruit-forward characteristics with tasting notes of blackberry and chocolate, yielding a clean, balanced cup.
