This coffee is from Finca La Unión in Acatenango, Guatemala, managed by Cesar Higueros. Grown at 1600 MASL and harvested in 2025, the lot is primarily Caturra and Bourbon and was processed fully washed. Tasting notes include chocolate, canned peach, brown sugar, and almond. It is presented as the roaster's house espresso and is also recommended for filter brewing.
