This coffee is a single-origin Arabica from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown at an altitude between 1,200 and 1,800 meters. It is a washed process coffee featuring a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuaí varieties. The cup profile is characterized by a medium-high body, medium intensity, low acidity, and medium sweetness, with distinct tasting notes of nuts and chocolate.
Cero Coffee Roasters is a certified B Corp micro roastery established in Madrid in 2017. They roast on Coffee Tech equipment, using Ghibli and Silon roasters to produce specialty coffee with a focus on natural and organic offerings.
