A Strictly High Grown (SHG) natural processed coffee from Finca Granada in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, grown at 1400-1800m altitude by the Vides family in La Libertad. Bourbon and Caturra varietals. Characterized by grape, mango, raisin, and peach notes with hints of wine. The high elevation and subtropical highland climate contribute to its crisp acidity and intense flavor profile. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
