A medium-roast washed coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown at altitudes of 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee features a blend of Caturra, Catimor, Bourbon, and Pache varietals. Tasting notes include dragonfruit, dark chocolate, and dried prunes.
