This single-origin coffee is produced by Fredy Orantes at Finca Vista Hermosa in the Casillas region of Santa Rosa, Guatemala, at an altitude of 1674 meters. The coffee is a Gesha variety processed using a natural method, which includes 48 hours of controlled fermentation followed by 20–25 days of drying on raised African beds. The flavor profile features notes of guava, berry, chocolate, malt, and almond.
