A washed lot from Rosma Farm (Fredy Morales) in San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Grown at 1500–1900 m, the Rosmarago plot is primarily Pacamara with Maragogype, producing a clean, juicy cup. Processing is fully washed with pH-monitored fermentation and slow drying on African beds. Tasting notes highlight apricot, baked apple, mandarin orange, amaretto, and a raw-caramel finish; roast level is medium.
