About This Coffee

This natural process coffee originates from Finca La Bolsa in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala, cultivated at elevations of 1,300 to 1,600 meters. The blend comprises Catuai, Caturra, San Ramón, and Bourbon varieties. Handpicked ripe cherries are soaked to remove low-density fruit, then dried on raised beds for approximately three weeks. The cup profile features concentrated mango and ripe berry flavors with notes of grape, transitioning to hazelnut chocolate, raisin, and buttery toffee with a rich, rounded finish.
