Finca Filadelfia is one of the oldest and most influential coffee farms in the Antigua region of Guatemala. Established in 1864, the farm is situated in a unique microclimate surrounded by the Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego volcanoes. The coffee is grown in rich volcanic soil under the shade of grevillea trees, which allows the cherries to mature slowly. This washed process coffee is known for its balanced and complex cup profile, reflecting the high-quality standards of this historic estate.
Dear Green Coffee Roasters was founded in 2011 in Glasgow, Scotland, by Lisa Lawson after a formative period working at Toby's Estate in Australia. The company is named after Glasgow's historic Gaelic nickname, "the dear green place," and sources exclusively specialty grade coffee through trusted importers and direct producer relationships, with Lawson personally visiting farms to verify ethical practices. Dear Green employs in house Q Graders to maintain strict quality control, only releasing coffees that meet its sensory standards. The roastery holds Certified B Corp status and prioritizes traceability, organic certification where possible, and sourcing from women producers.
