This coffee is a Yellow Bourbon variety from the Finca El Gigante farm in the New Oriente region of Guatemala. Grown at an altitude of 1,650 meters on the Palo de Rabo research plot, this coffee is washed and medium roasted. It offers a balanced, medium-bodied cup with sweet flavor notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and honeydew melon.
