Glacier Water Decaf is a water-processed decaf coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. It uses a mix of Caturra, Typica, and Catuai varieties, grown at 1200-1800 meters above sea level. The coffee is de caffeinated using a chemical-free water process and dried for stability. Flavor notes include tropical fruit, cocoa, and toffee; the batch aims to retain the origin’s character.
