This coffee is a single-origin Ethiopian Gesha 1931 variety from the Oma lot, cultivated in the Bench Maji region at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,100 meters. The coffee undergoes a natural processing method and is roasted for filter preparation. Tasting notes reveal floral and delicate characteristics with rose and peach, complemented by fresh lime acidity and a silky texture, reflecting the coffee's forest terroir origins.
