This coffee is a single-origin Geisha 1931 variety from the Gesha Village farm in the Bench Maji region of Ethiopia. Produced by Adam Overton, this lot (Oma #142) is processed using the natural method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of candied lemon, jasmine, and honey. The coffee offers a high level of sweetness, a light-to-medium body, and moderate acidity.
Founded in Copenhagen by Patrik Rolf, the 2019 World Brewers Cup runner up, April Coffee Roasters has a clear vision: to progress the way we roast coffee. They take a highly controlled, product focused approach, aiming to create roasts that are sweet, transparent, and aromatic.
